15 Things You Should Give Up to Be Happy

alex atkins bookshelf cultureAccording to Luminita Daniela Saviuc,  an inspirational writer and founder of PurposeFairy.com, there are 15 things that everyone can give up to feel much happier in life. Saviuc observes: “We hold on to so many things that cause us a great deal of pain, stress and suffering – and instead of letting them all go, instead of allowing ourselves to be stress free and happy – we cling on to them.” Her list went viral and inspired the book, 15 Things You Should Give Up to Be Happy: An Inspiring Guide to Discovering Effortless Joy, published in March 2016. Here is Saviuc’s list of 15 things you should give up to be happy:

1. Give up your need to always be right
